While the bar may appear inviting from the outside , what I encountered behind its entrance was shocking and unacceptable on multiple levels .
The Condition of the Premises : Unhygienic and Disregarded
From the moment I crossed the threshold, it was immediately obvious that cleanliness was not a priority at this venue. The ground was covered in grime , and a overpowering stench of old alcohol and filthy restrooms permeated the entire pub. With a smell of a mixture of excrement , putrefaction and a sickly smell. The bar area , which should be the primary feature of any pub, was piled high with used mugs and litter that looked like it had accumulated over weeks. The toilet was in even worse condition — backed up, with a shattered handle and walls covered in what I can only assume was fecal matter .
